TCL programmer needed

We need a TCL/TK programmer to help us create tabs using TCL programming in Eclipse IDE. The task id to create 2 tabs using TCL. When the TCL code is run, the 1st tab is supposed to display that a particular file is read (say an excel file) and then a second TCL script must be automatically invoked which may contain editing operations on the given (excel) file say changing the values in cells. The result of this invoking of the second script must be displayed on the second tab. This work is supposed to be done in 6 hours from now.
