A progarm in Python and or Java to connect to SharePoint online (Office 365) using Rest API

I need a prototyping code to connect to Office 365 SharePoint online site and get the Title and Description of the site using SharePoint Rest API via Python and or Java. The client program (that you are writing) should be either Java and or Python. The client program uses SharePoint Rest API to connect to SharePoint online. The client program uses Client ID and Secret ID to connect to SharePoint online. These two should be created first in Office 365 (SharePoint online). (no userid, password should be used for the authentication. Only client id and secret id should be used) If you are familiar with SharePoint Rest API, Client ID, Secret ID and Python or Java, this should not be a problem. I just need this to be up and running in my environment. Deliverables: 1- Provide demo from your environment using screen sharing. (this makes me to approve your bid and create milestone) 2- Give me the code with the version number of the libraries needed.(at the end of step 2, you get 50% of the bid) 3- Setup environment in my Windows 10 by your help, if I don’t have the right version of the program or related libraries. 4- Program should run in my computer. (at the end of step 4, you will get the rest: 50% of the bid) Timing: I like this to be done by this weekend. I need to give demo quickly. This is the start point. Once this small project is done, the real project will come later on. It will be in phases just like this one. I don’t need to see resume and other staff.
