Java Program "Scaled Partial Pivoting Gaussian Elimination"

I need this project completed within a day. The sooner the better. For this project create a java program that will solve a system of linear equations using the scaled partial pivoting method of Gaussian Elimination. Here are the steps the program should follow... -Ask for the number of linear equations that must be solved. For this it should be less than or equal to 10. -Ask the user if they want to enter the coefficients for each equation manually or read it from a file. - Perform "scaled partial pivoting" and print out the solution. I will attach 2 different text files that shows an example of the console for both adding manually and retrieving from a file. Please only take this project if you understand the concept of the Scaled Partial Pivoting method of Gaussian Elimination.
