Finding a Minecraft Developer

Im looking for a minecraft developer, I know this isnt the best place to find one but its the last option. I want to find a developer that can code advanced minecraft java plugins and exactly how I would like it. Add my discord if your able to do so for 5-10 dollars a month until im able to pay more which will be when I earn profit from my channel, minecraft server or from my summer job.
