Create a Job that Standardizes Phone Numbers from Salesforce CRM

We use Salesforce CRM. Our phone, fax, mobile numbers are not standardized. we need a job that standardizes the phone numbers into international ITU format. This job needs to be scheduled and should work in an incremental fashion. The job can be done using Python or Pentaho Kettle. It has to work on an AWS AMI image (EC2 Instance).
