Bluetooth Connection Between Applet and APP

Needs a bluetooth connection between APP(android) and Java Applet(pc). Both of which have been created. Applet on PC has two buttons, which needs two functions. 1) Tigger -> Start an an alert dialog in the APP. 2) Save -> Download the database from the APP onto the PC. Requires a programmer to create a bluetooth connection and the two functions as stated above. I have attached a document which shows the depicts a much clearer idea of what is required.
