Modify screens/design on browser based java app

Modify Java-based Browser app We have a java-based browser app that displays streaming video from several web cameras. We are modifying the look and feel of 10 screens displayed when the app is run in a browser. The header, tabbed menus, buttons and other design elements are changing. We need the java app modified so that the screens match the new designs. We have the original java code and the new designs in psd format. The original java code should not be modified except to accomadate the new designs. Your deliverable is the new java code modified to accomodate the new designs. I am attaching one page of the old and new designs. There are 10 screens being modified in total. I will provide the original java code and the 10 new screen designs to the winning bidder.
