JAVA-Assistant

I'm working on a project in SMS Messaging system in Java. I have the project working. I need assistance in making the project multi-threaded and creating a runnable service on windows. I am using MBlox to send SMS messages, using their API Class. Java programmer I'm looking for must have experience with JDBC/MS SQL, Listeners class, Multi-Thread programming, create executables. Concepts of message queuing and English speaking with phone access(Skype, google, voip, etc) is a plus! I'm using Windows 2003, Eclipse IDE, MS SQL. Based on the result of this project, I will pick a programmer to finish the remainder of the project. To be selected, I will only consider programmers that submit examples or references to past work that shows me you can do the job.
