C++ Program to Java

As of right now, I have a C++ program that is a poker hand evaluator. It determines the percentage of different players in a hand of Texas Hold 'em. The program was downloaded under a general public license. What I need someone to do is to turn this C++ code into Java code. The total program is less than 1500 lines. There is a possibility that I might cancel this job if I am able to do it myself. All I am looking for is a quick time, and someone who is experienced enough with both C++ and Java.
