Hello, My name is Mauricio and I am writing from Costa Rica. I read the paper, and it is somewhat similar to a graph theory implementation I finished a couple months ago. I set up a C program structure to handle the graph objects (vertices and edges) and already have implemented many of the common algorithms for graph traversal. The program would be DOS-based as I use the GNU C compiler via the CodeBlocks IDE, which makes it very easy to recompile if needed. Even though I speak English as a second language, I am very proficient in speaking and writing -- having lived in the USA for 16 years -- and have written articles that have been published in the USA, so my comments, and communication, will be clear and easy to follow. This would be my first project in Freelancer, and I look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
