I have assigned and IPhone game application to this person 5 months ago and that person took my money and said game is finished so we started to upload the game to IOS but it couldn't get approval from IOS management for 5 months and that person uploaded same version over and over again . Since i didn't know anything about IOS game development he lied me . He took my money now no response at all and game couln't get approval.
