I would like the ability to pull in an NDI stream ( NDI video monitor ) and then have the ability to do basic drawing on top. Pencil Shapes Lines Text Picture Sample Windows Application. [login to view URL] Pull in NDI source ( NDI monitor from NewTek ) as an example - then use paint like controls over the video - output of all layers must be sent back via NDI over network.
