Plaid-Stripe Combo for spare change round up

I am in need of someone who can build a basic UI with signup and login capabilities, that uses the Plaid-Stripe combo to round-up purchases and collect the spare change. Similar to the mobile app Roundup, but with less functionality. Primary functions: signup, login, logout, the Plaid-Stripe combo handles all transactions (including connecting accounts and verifying user identity, just use there API's), and allows them to see how much has been saved.
