Social Media Administrator for Beauty & Fashion Blog

I am requiring a social media assistant to help me grow my beauty fashion blog. Your position is the administration of the social media part of the job, that includes sharing of the blogs, posting on various social media sites to advertise/ raise awareness & of course increase traffic to the website. I would like to hopefully build my brand. The admin includes research, posting on Instagram, Infuenster, Pinterest (possible LinkedIn, Google+) and any other related social media sites. I currently (try to) post at least one blog per day. I am needing to setup media kits on various influence sites as well ( i.e. Revfluence). Some of the influencer sites monitor analytics - it is vital to keep the traffic up. I currently handle the email marketing once a blog post is released - I would like help building my contact list as my brand develops further, that is my desired result; a candidate who has the same drive - growth. I write all my own blogs- this job does not include any blog writing. I am always open to suggestions and feedback. This is on-going job - I would like someone who is well versed in social media, blog sharing, creativity, fashion/beauty and good writing skills.
