Senior In-House Media Buyer (Facebook, Google)

The Offer A flat-rate retainer monthly + profit share on each account Requirements: * 2 Years+ experience with Facebook Ads * Understands how to calculate a margin (we use software like Order Metrics to track sales / profit as well) * Has scaled revenue to $150K+ per month in the past profitably * Can make their own ad copy. * Not connected to any banned business managers / ad accounts (must provide video evidence - you can block out all private info - but we wanna see no banned accounts or its a no deal for us. * Will provide daily P/L reports (and weekly P/L reports) * Knows how to use Google Analytics * Will update expected ad spend with us each day * Focuses on optimizing the funnel on our website if theres any drop-offs. Has the ability to change website content when necessary to make the conversion rate higher. *Good communication *Excellent organizational and time management skills *Strategic thinker with great analytical skills *30 Hours+ per week You can expect to have any resources you need at your disposal, such as software, creatives or strategic help from experienced media buyers.
