I am into real estate brokerage business in Mumbai, India. Just started on my own with tie ups with the best selling projects in Thane & Mumbai.
I am currently doing Facebook ads thats costing me avg 50 to 75 INR, it was approx 200 to 300 INR prior to lockdown.
I believe that we will be soon out of this phase and clients who have to buy will buy as soon as the lockdown ends and some will defer, hence the potential is tremendous.
I am estimating 5% of the leads would do site visits and min 20% will do a transaction.
I would like to propose a 25% sharing of the brokerage with the Digital Marketing Partner who is willing to invest in ad spend.
At 100 INR max we can target 1000 Leads, 5% min of 1000 = 50 leads will convert to opportunity and would end up in meeting, min 20% out of 50 meetings will turn into closure = 10 closures, each closure at an avg will fetch 2.5 to 3 Lakhs INR. 10 closures X 2.5 L = 30 L. Your share of 25% = 7.5 L.
Return on investment will be 1:7 in a matter of 60 to 180 days, profit credits i am assuming will start from 60 days to 180 days. A 700 % profit estimated for 6 months is the most prudent investment.
Lets discuss further if interested in investing min 1 L to 5 L in ad spend on Facebook and Google Adwords.
