Overview: Join a leading Australian winery and hospitality business as our Part-Time E-Commerce Specialist. This role is key to expanding our online presence and sales through our Shopify platform. While strategic guidance will be provided by a managerial team, we need a hands-on expert in Shopify management and digital marketing to execute growth initiatives. The role will be support the roll out of an established brand's website shop and wine club subscription and grow EDM engagement. It will be for a 3 month project that has the potential to grow in hours and duration. Key Responsibilities: Support and optimize our Shopify platform, ensuring an outstanding online shopping experience. Implement strategies to enhance e-commerce growth, focusing on increasing traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Lead digital marketing efforts including content creation, SEO optimization, and social media engagement to drive online sales. Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, maximizing effectiveness in driving sales and customer engagement. Analyze e-commerce performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations for digital marketing strategies, contributing to overall growth goals. Engage with the broader team to ensure a cohesive approach to online sales and marketing strategies.
