Help me with affiliate marketing

I am looking for someone to drive traffic and more importantly sales to my gambling affiliate website. Good monthly money for the right candidate would involve you actively finding me customers and improving my websites search engine position. I don't have time to do it myself but if the successful person can get me sign ups to casinos and bookmakers there is a LOT of money for them in return. Would need proof you have done this before.
