Help me create a successful marketing plan for my Etsy business

I'm a sole proprietor and don't have a ton of money to spend on advertising, yet my own efforts are falling flat. I need a better way to inexpensively create a marketing plan and campaign. My main Etsy shop is [login to view URL] but I have a smaller secondary shop that I'm not focusing too much on right now. So far, I've used Etsy promoted listings, Google Adwords, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram with varying degrees of success. That being said, I'm spending as much or more on advertising than I'm bringing in in sales. I'm online exclusively short of one or two small trade events per year. What can I do with under $50 a month to really boost sales?

I would love to help you with marketing campaigns. My first step would be to review your current campaigns as is then make my recommendations. The $50 budget you mentioned in the job description, is that total for all advertising channels or each channel has about $50 advertising budget?
