Are you looking for a position where you play an important role in the further development of our brand and growth in the DACH and CEE region? As a fast-growing company, we strive to be part of current trends in marketing and social media, while honour-ing our traditions. In order to expand the HÖRMANN Intralogistics brand and business in the future, we are look-ing for an experienced freelancer or permanent performance marketing manager. Your tasks at HÖRMANN  You are the captain of our Polish branch – help us grow in one of Europe´s most dynamic logistics mar-kets. Collaborate closely with our German marketing manager, Polish sales and the HÖRMANN Group team.  Develop and implement concepts for online lead generation: First, gain insights and a feeling for our niche B2B target groups, such as logistics planners of large ecomm or industrial shippers. Next, do re-search and surprise us with your ideas for how to convey the USPs of a general contractor for warehouse automation online.  Growth hacking and automization: Nurture new and existing lead pipelines along the customer journey. This also includes media bookings such as advertorials or newsletter slots  Automize and leverage reports and analytics to continually improve performance of lead gen campaigns Design, produce and maintain digital assets (e.g. landing pages, follow-up mails, presentations, LinkedIn ads, etc.) for the entire HÖRMANN Intralogistics Unit as well as the individual locations Your profile for HÖRMANN  Fluent Polish and English skills, German would be an advanage  Degree in the field of marketing, communication or comparable training  Experience and proven success in performance marketing and lead gen/nurturing  Passion for digital marketing, branding, communication and trends  Fluent with common digital tools such as Google and LinkedIn ads manager, analytics, website cms and any other API and 3rd party solutions necessary for professional lead gen  Excellent communication skills, a strong hands-on and independent mentality
