500 Targeted Facebook fans

Fans must live in Turkey. Istanbul, izmir ankara or antalya cities. All fans have to be real people with active facebook pages - no fake facebook users. Spam, bots and other facebook violations are not acceptable. Auto linking is not acceptable. Fans must live in Turkey, Istanbul All fans must have 50+ friends and a minimum of profile pic All fans must be 18+ years old Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted or detected auto linking from users. I be randomly validating that all fan's accounts are genuine via the fan pages in built insight and random profile checking. Final Note: Please do not use any of software, script or other automated technology, please use only good practices for inviting fans. You will not be paid if Facebook account/pages is banned/deleted. Please explain which ways you will use to prevent being suspended by Facebook, late us know how many facebook account and friends you have, also please quote us how fast you can deliver the increase. My budget for this job is max 30$, once you prove that your system is working and not against the rules, I will be requesting for up to 5000 fans.
