Links collection in fields of management with page rank 5+

Freelancer will build a link repository of 1000 links in total in the fields of management: The fields are:Accounting, Business, Computers & IT, Finance, Human Resources, ISO 9001 QMS, Sales & Marketing, Security One-way, static html links from PR5+ only with outbound links less than 30 (Page should be PR5+ not just domain) The links must be: - ONLY ENGLISH SITES. - no more than 3 links per domain. - ALL backlinks must be do follow... I will check all links. Please don’t waste your time, bid only if you can do this. - One-way links (no offer of reciprocal linking) . - Not from pages which use ‘no follow’ tags. - Not from pages where link selling is obvious. - Not from pharmaceutical, adult content or gambling sites. - Not from pages in Google’s supplemental index. - No automated link submissions or use of link harvester software. GENERAL * No spam links. * Link page must be search engine friendly that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * No links from "under construction" pages. * NO SPAMMING * All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites. * Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. * Links must be in text, no graphics. * I will cancel any link if not found suitable. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: 1. Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), [login to view URL] Name, 3. Anchor text used (one with target="blank" and one without target), 4. Site Type, 5. Google Page Rank and IP of link page 6. Date placed. You will need to provide 16 links for me to examine, 2 in each category.
