Require Email Marketing Expert

We are currently looking to hire someone with vast knowledge of Email Marketing & of The Interspire Email software. Tasks Will Include: Setup & Optimise Interpsire Email Software for Sending Email & Reaching Inbox, as well as Processing Bounced Emails. Help with creating a Dynamic Campaign, that will also help in Reaching Inbox. Help with Checking & Cleaning our Email Mailing Lists so that we have a clean list for our campaigns. It would also be prefered to hire someone with knowledge of how the server should be setup for both optimial sending aswell as any additional configuration needed for Interspire to function well. Howeever this is not reqired as we are considering using a third party to process the sending of emails such as [login to view URL] We are also open to using an alternative software to Interspire if we feel that we can gain better results.
