Marketing and Promotion for a Startup

We need to promote our campaign for raising funds for a for profit firm that is building web based products in [login to view URL] want to gather a larger audience interested in technology and fundraising to gain a lot of backers and hit the goal of our campaign project. We understand, that traffic does not guarantee a success but if even you are successful backer with a good amount we hope to pay you good. Our budget is from 10 - 50 $ per month (Right now we can offer this much only but we hope to pay as we see more traction and interested leads)
