ShipNow.co.nz online marketing (NZ-based only)

3-month Auckland-based engagement -- ONLY NZ-based folks please. Are you a bit of an online trader? ShipNow makes it easy for anyone in NZ to discover and compare courier options to send their parcels (even larger items). We're looking for a smart and hungry online marketer to help us make ShipNow awesome and enable Trade Me buyers & sellers to know what options they have, get prices, and book a courier pickup from home or work. The (lean) MVP works, it's making money, and it's time to grow this thing! Working mostly with the MD, you'll be given a lot of creative freedom + ownership over the marketing, and can pick up a bunch of tools that're already in use (show us what you can do! :-) * Facebook and Twitter (+ TweetDeck), LinkedIn (if relevant) * TradeMe community forums (being helpful, not spammy) * [login to view URL] live chat (for prospective customer support = helps conversions) * MailChimp email marketing * Google Adwords incl Display Network ads (need redesigning), with budget allocated for it * [login to view URL] for landing page A/B testing A bit of graphical design savvy would help, but this is primarily an online marketing task aimed at consumers and small businesses in NZ. Dev changes to the app/site itself can be handed over to our in-house developers, for publishing to Windows Azure. Look forward to hearing from some local marketers about what they reckon we can do together. The intention is to engage a freelancer for fixed duration, variable/part-time workload for now.
