Historical illustrations - multiple figures with complex backgrounds - $15 each complete & colored illustration

I'm looking for an illustrator that has done historical illustrations in the past. The current project is for around 5 different illustrations. I might need 5 or more later on once my novel is complete. I will pay $15 per illustration. That's non-negotiable. End delivery should be fully colored and with strong line art. The style which I'm looking for is similar to the attached file named "Spanish". It has to be digital form and I want the digital file with the line art (.PSD or .AI). Sketch submissions are not accepted. You can sketch then render digitally if you like, but I expect a digital design for the end submission. Attached files "6" and "7" are examples of the complexity of each illustration. However, most illustrations will require a background scene of a 17th-century European city, ships floating on the harbor, a crowded market area with people, etc.
