Seeking for Animator for ASAP. Mix of simple cell animation and after Effects is required I have 5 designs that need to be separated by layers , shaded ( color shadow and highlight layer) and animated. I also need a dog ( German Shepard) to be designed in same style and animated with simple tale movement head turn and single bark. Max 2 sec Whole animation is 7 seconds (~2sec. Per characters) It’s very simple animation with smooth movement of body and mouth No India, Pakistan, Bangladesh please.
