add something to my tshirt design

I need someone who can hand illustrate something into my existing design I want some colored neon light up looking glasses drawn and put over the eyes of my owl sketch and then above the own say Night and below the owl say LIFE I need someone who can do this quickly as it is a very urgent project! (final result must be returned in vector as our existing file is already vector)
