Develop a Mac Application

I would like an app to be created called 'Find My Tan'. The app would be targeted towards the Australian Market. On the main page I would like an area to type in either postcode or suburb and also a tab that can be clicked to find salons 'around me'. Once this has been entered i want a list to come up from the closest salon to the furthest in km if they click 'Around me' tab, otherwise a list closest to the suburb/postcode entered.
