Banner ad needs adding to iPhone and iPad app

We have an iPad and iPhone app on the appstore (two separate apps). Within the app is a PDF viwer very similar to apples iBook PDF viewer. We just want adbar added to both apps. We also want a button in the for an in-app purchase to remove the ads. That's all that's needed.
