Wir suchen Unterstützung im Bereich Webdesign! ;) Wer steckt dahinter: Vor 3 Jahren sind wir erfolgreich als Zusammenschluss aus Freelancern gestartet und haben in 2020 unser erstes Unternehmen gegründet. Mittlerweile sind wir 8 Mann und arbeiten von 3 Standorten aus daran Agenturen bei WordPress Projekten zu unterstützen(Custom sowie themebasiert). Um weiter wachsen zu können suchen wir eine/n Web Designer*in. Was uns besonders macht: - Internationales Team mit Englisch als Hauptsprache - Arbeit per Home Office da wir komplett remote organisiert sind - Monatliche Online Team Events mit Essen, Getränken und Spielen - Option auf eine prozentuale Beteiligung am Umsatz Was du mitbringst: - Passion und ein gutes Auge für Design - Min. 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Webdesign - Basiserfahrung im Umgang mit WordPress, HTML und CSS - Guter und freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden - Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft - Gute / sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse - Spanisch ist ein Plus ;) Wichtig: Nach einem erfolgreichen Onboarding werden wir dich in einem zweiten Schritt auch in der Projekt-Koordination mit einbringen. Begeisterung für eine leitende Funktion sowie gewisse Führungsqualitäten sind entsprechend von besonderer Bedeutung. Was wir von dir brauchen: - Portfolio (Projekt Referenzen) - 2 Beispiel-Websites die dir super gut gefallen und warum - 2 Beispiel-Websites die dir nicht gefallen und warum - Eine Kurzbeschreibung zu dir selbst (Gern auch als Audio oder Video) Wir freuen uns!
