I need an excel spreadsheet with the first column (name) frozen. Then the columns to have either fill ins or drop down options. (which are detailed in the attachment.) I would like to get this created and start using it. I will then need to create additional tabs that have the same info for each size apartment we have. (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom etc). After that I will need some reports to be generated from these sheets. I would like to get the first sheet built and start using it. Then give feedback and changes. Then have the other created and then the reports.

Let me start by saying that I would love to work on this project with you. I am new to Freelancer and looking for projects that I can complete successfully that would provide great feedback on my profile. I can create the tracking tab easily in 1 hour for you. Automating the date logging when each of the 7 contacts are added will be done with VB script. I can also make all of the drop-down selections editable by you going forward if you want to add any new options to each list Revisions after you've had a chance to test it out would be 1 hour and I would teach you how to copy the tabs to as many as you need. We would have to discuss what type of reports are needed when you're ready. I'm willing to work double the billable hours to ensure you're satisfied (ex, if it takes me 2 hours of hard work, then I'd only bill 1). That being said, I write excel reports in my regular job all day and I'm very quick. Whoever you award the project to, please ensure that they develop the solution in the same version of Excel that you have to ensure compatibility.
