Looking for Laravel expert -- 2

Hi, I need to get a job done, I am myself a developer but don't have expertise in laravel so need help finishing a project. Project: I have a frontend and admin panel so what I am looking for is, I want to have a Id proof upload feature in frontend user profile which admin can verify in backend, if verified email to user and a blue tick sign should appear in front of the user's name and if rejected by admin then email to user to upload new id proof. Edit: Front end is made with angularjs and backend is with laravel Please apply only if you are expert as I will assign a small job at 1st, if candidate successfully complete the job within given time-frame I will assign more 7 to 8 tasks.
