Booking site done in .NET (MVC, C#)

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDING I need someone who can complete my MVC .NET project. This is a site for booking boat skipper. You should finish the whole project which means: -Create database and implement PayPal (create view and functionality) -Boat skipper should be able to come on site and register/create his profile. In his profile he will be able to put lot of information about itself, daily price,… -Boat skipper should be able to keep track of all request and paid reservations in his Management page. They should also have 2 buttons – Accept or Decline new requests -Guest should be able to register and have its own profile with data of completed/paid reservations -Guest should be able to come on site, search the location (country, county, city) and get results of boat skippers in requested area. If they find someone they want to hire they can go onto their profile -Guest should be able to click on “Check availability” button that is located on Skipper Profile and fill the form with all the necessary info. That info will be sent to skipper using an email. -Skipper will get notification mail that someone wants to hire him and if they are available in the requested period they can accept or decline request in their Skipper Management page (provide link to Skipper Management page) -In case that skipper is available in requested period. he will click Accept button and a notification mail will be sent to Guest that skipper is available and that reservation will be complete after they pay 10% of total price to a PayPal account. -If the guest pays 10% of total price the reservation will be complete and skipper will be able to see in Skipper Management that reservation is complete. Also guest will have info in their Profile that reservation is complete. -Skippers should put daily price for example $50 and if guest wants to hire him for 7 days the price will be $350 so the Guest needs to pay $35 to make reservation. IMPORTANT: -The project needs to be done in .NET (C#, MVC) -The code needs to be CLEAN, SCALABLE, GENERIC -Keep in mind NAMING CONVENTION -Make sure that views don’t contain business logic. In worst case controller is the place for that (e.g. service classes) -After you finish the project needs to be 100% finished and functional IN YOUR PROPOSAL WRITE ME: -What are you going to use for Frontend? Angular or plain razor views? -Explain how you would solve “Navigation Area” in Skipper Profile. There are 100+ cities on Croatia coast and some skippers work in the whole Adriatic Sea so they won’t type 100+ cities in their Navigation area. FILES I PROVIDE: -I will provide you screenshot of all views I have for now. -Text files with questions and answers from discussion I had with some other freelancers -After I award you project I will send you template I’m using ([login to view URL] ) and source code that I have for now (It is basically MVC project with only HTML and some C# code) If you can't download files contact me to send them in chat
