Build a Website

Our company hired a local web developer to rebuild our website, who could not complete in time. We have to go live on February 2nd. Therefore we need someone or a team who can build a complicated website in roughly 72 hours, starting today. Our website is not simple. We would like to see a demo link as soon as possible, so that we can view any updates over the 72 hour period. Developer must be reliable and available to work immediately. We also request someone who will be in constant contact with us during the design phase. Our website is an online resource for the construction industry, and we operate via advertising sales. Therefore the party to take on this project must have some understanding of marketing. Our website aims to simplify the process for both home owners and architects alike to find the latest products and information whether building a house or large commercial building. 1. We want a website very similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but tailored to the Caribbean region. 2. We want a very sleek, modern website. 3. Social media links must be included throughout to encourage sharing of our information on Facebook, etc. 4. Product and project searches to be done on website. 5. Each company that advertises with us will have a standard company profile with catalogues of their products or projects they have worked on, company information, location, and PDF brochures. 6. Other standard banner ads to be included as well. 7. Website users should be able to create accounts. Within these accounts they can create 'projects' and collect 'scrapbook' images of images/products found on the website. 8. Chat forum to be included for users to discuss design dilemmas. 9. Blog to be included for our company to post tips. 10. In an effort to encourage professionals such as architects to use the website, we would like a Tenders/Bid Centre for professionals/contractors to find jobs available. 11. Companies/persons who advertise with us include the following: Building product suppliers, contractors, architects, engineers, mortgage lenders, real estate agents, etc. (The largest portion of the website will be the building product suppliers and their products). 12. Our website and products must come up in all relevant search results on google and all other relevant search engines. - Mock up pages have already been designed in photoshop. - We have an existing website which data needs to be pulled from, from our existing customers. - We do NOT want a template website, it must be built from scratch. We are not happy with our current website. - Our website is our company and our sole source of revenue, therefore maintenance of the site is extremely important.
