I would like approximately 30 images created. The images will need to be compatible for iPhone 6s and above. The images must also be compatible with force touch. Using the same images I would like GIF's (or something similar) to available on android devices. I am looking for a separate developer to create my app to sell the images however if this is something you are capable off I am happy to discuss an offer. The images will be of anime and game characters, the quality of the images needs to be to the highest degree. Using pictures I will provide, I would like these 'GIF's'/Live Wallpapers designed based on the characters and designs I have created. I want the vision of these images in my head put into a digital format. The price range selected is not a minimum or maximum amount but taking into consideration product quality, turn around time, and potentially app development, then this price is negotiable.
