I run a small web hosting company and have recent experience with doing a magento migration. I'm just bidding to let you know that upgrading to 2.1.1 is a MAJOR undertaking, since the database migration is a huge deal and modifications/extensions will have to be redone. Be careful who you pick for this job. I'm not a programmer and did the site for a friend for $1000, using only extensions, a theme and only minor modifications. The database migration was so spotty I ended up doing a fresh install and setting it all up from scratch.
