I am looking for a designer to make children's party printables. For this project I will require designs for 2 complete themes. The themes and types of printables needed for each theme are listed below. Sizes given are approximate and can vary depending on your design and style. Some of these will need testing, before agreeing on final template sizes.
Depending on how this project goes, there will be availability for a number of future projects, to complete the rest of my required themes.
Whilst the printables are for children's parties, I don't necessarily want cute-sy type designs, but rather something that will be suitable for a range of ages. Before commencing work on the theme, I will send through my own 'ideas/vision' for the design, so you can get a feel for the type of design style I would like.
All designs need to be original, as they will be used for commercial use. And all files need to be editable for personalisation by me (editable PDF file, Adobe Reader).
All designs must be able to print on A4 paper (maximising page space where possible to be able to print more than 1 image to a page).
List of printables required:
1. Invitations (5” x 7”) with matching back design (for printing on reverse of invitation, no text) – ideally 2 invites per page. Text will be provided.
2. Utensil (and napkin) pouch - 1 design
3. Water bottle wraps (2” x 8”) – 3 designs
4. Cupcake toppers – 3 designs (1x Happy Birthday [NAME], 1x [AGE], 1x picture)
5. Cupcake wrappers – 3 designs
6. A4 Welcome Sign (in portrait) - text will be provided
7. ‘Happy Birthday’ bunting (each letter panel 5.3” x 6.2”)
8. Mini cake bunting
9. Bunting – according to theme (i.e. plain shape/ image etc)
10. Decorative food tents (3.7” x 4.7”) – 2 different designs
11. Favour / Thank you tags (2” x 7”) – text to be provided
12. Party treat bag toppers (approx. size tbc)
13. Popcorn boxes (5.5" x3.5" x 2.5")
Theme 1 - Boho chic theme (autumn colours: maroon, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple)
Theme 2 - Tutus and teacups theme (colours light but bright: pink, yellow, white, turquoise, green)
