SPCA in Tennessee needs help!

Help us make a difference! We're trying to save animals here. We've just opened the Tennessee chapter of the SPCA and we're trying to fix up our website. It's up and now we need to dress it up. This is where you come in. Show me what you can do to give our site some style. We need a header to replace the hand-drawn one our founder "generously" donated. 762x200. Must match the overall style of the REST of the site. Funds are available but every dollar we save here goes to help a hurt animal.
