1. I want a responsive website showing the latest Dutch news 2. I want the news to be pulled from the NOS XML ([login to view URL]) 3. I want the news to show a headline and one paragraph of text 4. I want to have control over the number of headlines to be showed (i.e. 10 or 20) 5. I want the user to be able to click on a headline 6. I want that after clicking on the headline the paragraph to appear like an accordion like [login to view URL], visit in Chrome of Safari) 7. I want a countdown to start after clicking on the headline 8. I want to be able to control the countdown in number of seconds (i.e. 30 or 60 seconds) 9. I want the headline and paragraph to disappear forever after the countdown has ended (by placing a cookie) 10. I want to have a small cross at the end of each headline which can be clicked by the user. After clicking the headline should disappear forever (again: cookie) 11. I want to be able to enter a headline, paragraph and outgoing link myself 12. I want to have control over the place (rank) of the manually added headlines under 13
