I need an illustrator

Our group has written a workbook for use by persons who have committed a crime and been found unable to stand trial because they have a mental illness. On one side of the page in the workbook will be the curriculum that the reader is taught. On the opposite page will be a storyboard or comic book type story about a person who is arrested and must navigate the legal system here in the United States. The central character, Mr. Exampleman, should be casually dressed and show casual grooming. He should appear mix race (Black and white). I have sent some sample draft pages from the draft of the curriculum and sample descriptions of what the first few scenes might look like. I have to pitch the look of this to the funder so I will need at least a couple pages of to show before we contract. I read reviews where buyers said that you are creative and I have never done this before. I appreciate your suggestions on: 1. How to keep the story clear (Many intended readers will be struggling with symptoms of mental illness. We want to write this so that a ten year old would understand it. 2. How to contain the size of the story and the cost. 3. Where additional scenes or illustrations make sense to you. If the cost of writing a comic like story climbs too high than we may have to simplify the project and have you add a drawing to the pages that helps us keep the reader engaged. Many mentally ill people in the justice system will do better with simpler content anyway. Don't hesitate to connect and ask questions or give feedback.
