Flyer / leaflet design

I am looking for an A5 flyer to be designed. One side of the flyer will be in English and the otherside will be in Spanish. All text will be supplied and translated. The flyer will need to be eye catching and clean in design. The budget for this project is 65 Dollars. I am looking for a very quick turnaround, the project needs to begin today.
