--::INTRODUCTION::-------- Looking for an HTML CSS expert who can convert a PSD file into 2 HTML/CSS coded pages. See the attached PDF for the details and the examples of the design. The page design is very simpel. A big wide image on top, a row with text, a row with 3 icons, then the content and a text footer. It is a very simple responsive (also for mobiles) webdesign. So you just need to convert a PSD file into HTML without any sliders / mouse-over effects / etc.. We will send you the PSD and you create 2 HTML / CSS files. But..... we do need it fast. --::DELIVERY / PLANNING::-------- We would like to see results within 8 hours. Bids with short delivery times get plus points in our selection of the provider. If your bid is more than 1 days then you did not read this description. We need results in less then 1 day! --::REQUEST::-------- 1> - use the PSD file to create a responsive webpage (html/css) and use this page to create a second page with another body text. (see pdf) 2> - no need for scripting / effects / etc. 3> - after testing and approval you will send me all the HTML and CSS files --::EXAMPLE / DESIGN / ## PDF ##::-------- See the attached PDF. Inside the PDF are Yellow posts to explain some more. --::QUESTIONS FOR BIDDERS::-------- Please let me know: A>- why it will cost me 99999 dollars / XXXXX dollars? how did you calculate the price? how many hours and why do you need this time? what is included, what is not? You ask? why it will cost me 99999 dollars / XXXXX dollars? Because lived in The U.S.A how did you calculate the price? I used a Money converted how many hours? I need 9 hours and why do you need this time? Because it is a 9 hrs difference between where you lived and I lived what is included, ? Just what you want a simple pg and converting a psd into a html file what is not? No coding
