I am a medical doctor based in South Africa currently running a medical concierge service business. The business is growing and I need to develop a website. Background The current concierge service is operating on a manual process. We receive clients from a network of doctors across Africa by referral. The clients (patients) travel to South Africa for medical treatment. We now looking to automate this process and attract more clients across the African region. Requirements We require a website that will list of hospitals across the various private medical groups in South Africa (Netcare, Life, Mediclinic and BusaMed). Patients should be able to find any information regarding treatment, hospital and doctor. A similar website exists in Europe ([login to view URL]). On the on concierge side please see the following process below that the client currently follows manually. see attachment Here is an example of a medical concierge service currently operating in the US, that we would like to replicate. ([login to view URL]) So to bring this all together, we require a website that will encompass the medical tourism aspect and the concierge aspect.
