Develop second illustrated image.

I have an new illustrated image that will be used on various marketing brochures, cards, etc. however I need to create a second similar but different image. For reference I am attaching our OLD brochure. In this brochure you will see a photo of a kitchen on your left and bathroom on your right. Our NEW image (also attached) will replace the one on the left. I need to create a new image for right with the same look and feel as the updated kitchen. However the one you are creating will be a bathroom countertop, have 2 sinks like the old photo. All I require is the bathroom vanity and bathroom countertop. The countertop would have an old and new portion, essentially a 'before/after' similar to the kitchen. The cabinet should be very similar to the kitchen countertop but have cabinet doors. The flooring is not required, the background is not required. I can provide good resolution of the new image should you wish to use this as a starting image. The work needs to be done in photoshop and all layers provided so I can view and change the end result if needed.
