Cars Hire CRM A platform to create, manage and track the reservations Basic Requirements Front End 1. After visiting these websites you will understand that at the homepage customer enters all his travel details.( will provide you details later) 2. Once he makes a search, he will see the list of cars available along with their prices, specifications, pictures and inclusions. 3. After selecting a vehicle, he will need to enter his persona details. 4. Finally his credit card details will be required in order to complete the reservation. 5. Once the transaction is completed, customer will see a reservation number and a greeting. • As soon as the customer makes a payment, our system cars hire CRM) will shoot 2 emails. One of them will go to customer’s email address as an acknowledgement and other to the supplier (rental company) asking if they have the requested vehicle available. • Both of these emails will be sent from our integrated email account bookings • Payments will be made in two parts. The customer will be asked to pay a certain amount online in order to reserve a car for him and rest of it would be paid at the time of pick up.  Basic Requirements Back End Welcome Page 1. A page greeting the user/admin should reflect. 2. A user name and a password will be required to view the reservations. 3. A link will be present there to add users, admin information. 4. Once logged in the features available to the admin and an agent will be specific. 5. An admin will have the complete control over the CRM. 6. An agent will only be able to operate features he will be allowed to use. 7. Only an admin will assign the rights to an agent. Reservation page 1. We should be able to see all the reservations and their status. 2. The welcome page should show few links like Display reservations, Make a new reservations, Logout at the top as a bar. 3. Their should be few sub links to view only one type of the reservations like pending pre auth, wait, refused, completed, confirmed, accept, error etc. 4. A reservation number, source, the pick up and drop off location, date, time, vehicle requested, date of booking, status all these features should reflect for every reservation on the main page. All these information should reflect in Row like manner. 5. A small window reflecting the count for wait, refusals, pending pre auth, accept etc. should reflect on every page. (Please refer Point 3) 6. The reservation numbers with the pick up for the same day or next should have Red as it’s background colour. 7. Once clicked on the link integrated in the reservation number, the reservation will load with all its details. 8. One page may show up to 100 reservations. 9. Notes at each reservation each and every agent can addon  Booking page 1. After clicking on any of the reservation on the reservation page the user will be moved to another page where the user will be able to view the complete details of a particular reservation.  Add/update supplier’s info 1. We should be able to add new suppliers to the system as per the location. 2. Every supplier will have different rates for different vehicle categories. 3. A same supplier will have different rates for different locations. 4. Every supplier will provide their seasonal rates and we will need to update it into the system. 5. A different panel should be present to view the supplier information like the address, contact numbers, email address, our mark up percentage, their rate codes etc. 6. The terms and conditions will be different for different suppliers. Rate codes 1. The prices for the vehicles will change depending upon the number of days. 2. It will be as follows : • 1 – 3 days • 4 – 7 days • 8 – 13 days • 14 - 30 days • 30+ days 3. If a supplier has defined his price for a car to be $100 then we should be able to define a percentage amount that we will charge online to the customer. If we decide to charge 20% then the total price will be $120. 4. This percentage will depend upon the number of days the customer is renting a vehicle for.
