Building Responsive facebook Landing pages

I require someone who is creative in designing + engaging on Fb + writing. Our business in Australia focuses on men's health issues, we first need 2 responsive FB landing pages that will be very similar, just 2 separate products of the business + fb ads + manage Fb page with regular posts. We require someone who is Experienced in creating lead focused landing pages and FB AD Campaigns + extremely creative in designing + Engaging on Fb + writing. The freelancer should be able to design multiple ads targeting different sets of customers ( with Catchy images and text ) , designing landing pages for each ad , manage the FB page , update with posts ( I'll provide workout pics ) , write catchy status , description etc. The landing pages will allow user to downloan an 'info pack' and this is how we will capture their name, state, email and phone number. They'll then be able to download the FREE info pack. The landing pages have to have a huge emphasis on medical, with stock images of doctors and strong call to action.
