Building Mobile websites for current sites and build new websites

We are currently searching for a bright and forward thinking Freelancer, with initiate and drive to build some Mobile sites for our current websites. The new mobile sites must be superb, such that they represent well and rank exceptionally high on Google and search engines. An initial test site will be required and further to all criteria being met, including Senior Management expectations, we will finalise an appointment and have Agreements signed. If expectations and goals are met, then there will be extra work, including the building of additional websites along with their respective mobile platforms. There may also be additional work in the way of editing text, but this will be contingent upon the knowledge base of the Freelancer. We do not want any time waster or any \'Copy/Paste\' Kings. We need genuine personnel/experts willing to work according to our directives, guidance and expectations and provide excellence of service. With direct feedback and communication with our Web Master. Please note that in order to be considered for this work, the selected Freelancer will after an initial test phase, be required to sign Agreements in respect to Confidentiality, Proprietorship and Copyright. Failure to sign such Agreements will result in the immediate cancellation of any offer/s. The successful applicant, Freelancer must have impeccable and verifiable references for the work required.
