Build a Website

Hi sir, I am planning to have a website where, I can have list of all doctors, clinics, and hospitals in Delhi NCR to be started and later complete India.  Home page should have a search option to search doctors by type of their specialisation/ name of doctor/ name of clinic and area to be searched .  Now once the search result give the desired doctors directory, he can click on the doctors name to know the details of doctors, for eg. Their experience, brief introduction or something similar.  Along with that there should be an option of showing the appointment timings available for each doctor where patient can select the suitable day and time of appointment as per availability.  Once patient click for any appointment, a form should be opened, where, patient can fill his basic detail and his disease.  Once appointment confirmed, a message or mail should go to the doctor giving the introduction of patient and and also congratulation msg or mail to patient confirming his appointment, so that he can verify it during the visit to doctor.  Also there should be option for doctors to register himself or his clinic in this website and add his details in the directory.  Once a category of doctors is selected in some particular area, for eg, skin specialist in Ramesh nagar, list of all doctors will come, apart from that , there should be option to show the appointment of the doctors and a patient should be able to book the appointment online.  I need a dynamic and responsive website. And all the control panel to be handed over to me so that in future if any changes or modification needed to be done, can be done from my side itself.  Also should have option for putting side banner advertisement.
