Build a Video Website

I want to build a website, but I am sure there is a template out there for it. It should be able to play a few trailer videos on the home page, I want to load a number of training videos on it that people will pay one price to get access to all of them. But, since I do not want people sharing the purchased videos, every time they want access to the videos they enter their email address and a new code every login is sent to their email address which they will need to get access to the videos. It should have a buy it now button on the home page that is linked to Pay Pal which grants access. The site should be able to run on its own after it is built, but for problems getting access or problems purchasing, they should be able to send me an email. I am really looking for ideas on what this could or should look like, so please try to respond with something you have done in the past or know you can do. Thank you
